P3 park Žilina is located at the intersection of the D1 motorway (Bratislava - Žilina - Poprad - Košice) and the planned international road D3, which will connect Slovakia with Poland. The park is located just 50 m from the 1st class road E50, which connects Žilina with Martin. Public transport to the park is provided by regular bus connections from Žilina and Martin.
