Vision Park BA offers its clients tailor-made premises with a total park area of 16,545 m². The spaces are distributed across three warehouse halls together with accompanying administrative facilities. The project’s main logistics functions include freight transshipment as well as partial light production. The park is suitable for logistics, retail units, e-commerce, light manufacturing, and showrooms. The site is accessible for long‑distance freight trucks and naturally also for small and medium-sized delivery vehicles serving local and regional distribution. The park offers an excellent customer-oriented location and is easily accessible from all directions. The network capacity is unrestricted. The current maximum electrical power input of the site is 529 kW. Additional support will come from green energy production. Heating is based on gas boiler rooms, with heat pumps also being considered.
Location
The area of interest is located within the built‑up zone of the Bratislava–Rača district, falling under the cadastral territory of Rača. The southern boundary of the site is defined by Staviteľská Street, while the western edge is formed by Pribylinská Street. The main entrance to the premises is situated at Staviteľská 1A. The surrounding environment consists of industrial halls, a railway line, and a nearby gardening allotment area, together creating a characteristic industrial‑logistics setting.
