The temperature-controlled warehouse with a total area of 1,836.52 m² is located in a two-story building. The offered warehouse space is located on the 1st floor and consists of the main warehouse hall with an area of 1,534 m². The hall is equipped with a pallet racking system with a capacity of 2,268 places for Euro pallets, and it can be rented together with an electric stacker. In the front part of the warehouse there is an area of 229 m², which is used for receiving and shipping goods, as well as for loading and unloading. This area is equipped with four loading gates. In its immediate vicinity there is an office of the warehouse manager with an area of 18 m², while on the opposite side there are sanitary facilities. The clear height of the warehouse reaches 7.70 m, the width of the space is 17.03 m and its length is 91.325 m. On the 2nd floor, there is a separate changing room for warehouse workers with showers, a toilet and a kitchenette, with a total area of 48 m². Access to the warehouse space is provided mainly from the front of the logistics area via four electric loading gates, three of which are equipped with a fixed ramp and one with a hydraulic lifting platform.
