- The production/storage hall for rent has an area of 1,200 m2 (dimensions: length 60 m, width 20 m, height 13 m).
- The production premises also include newly built sanitary premises located on the ground floor, with entrance directly from the hall (2x toilets, 2x showers and a common dressing room).
- The hall also includes newly renovated administrative premises with a control room (total administration approx. 115 m2), from which there is a direct view of the entire production hall.
- There is also another shared social space in the administrative annex (if interested, it is possible to rent additional offices or, on the contrary, none; the possibility of renting premises is variable).
- The office premises are heated with gas.
- In the hall there are two overhead cranes with a capacity of 3.2 tons and 10 tons. The upper belt of the crane track is at a height of 11 m.
- There is a water supply in the hall, and in the length of 40 m the hall is heated with gas heaters.
- According to the client's requirements, it is possible to discuss the implementation of the necessary modifications in the hall (e.g. pouring an armored floor, etc.).
- It is also possible to rent only 1/2 of the hall (approx. 600 m2) or separate office spaces that have a separate entrance to the building.
- The hall includes an external paved area with an area of 1,200 m2.
Location
The hall is located in Ružomberok in the Biely Potok part, approx. 3 km south of Ružomberok in the direction of Banská Bystrica. The hall is part of the area located right next to the main road, thanks to which it has excellent access for trucks.
