Project Besico Nitra consists of two industrial buildings. Existing Hall A offers in total 4,150 sq m of industrial space and 1,060 sq m of office space. The construction of Hall B is planned, which will offer additional 4,590 sq m of industrial space and 1,338 sq m of office space. The Besico Nitra premises are versatile and most suitable for logistics services, light industrial production, and commercial purposes. A range of unit sizes will be available from small spaces to custom-made solutions for large logistics operations. The project is ready to offer tailor-made solutions to meet the unique requirements of individual tenants.
Besico Nitra industrial park is located in the industrial zone of Nitra, in the Mlynárce district, adjacent to the company Penam. The park is situated just a few minutes away from the city centre and provides many industrial and commercial activities and a fully developed infrastructure. The great advantage of the park is its location, the exit to R1A highway is only 700m away. The location of the park thus enables easy access to the most developed regions of Slovakia in the west. Trnava, Senec, Bratislava, Trenčín, and Žilina can be comfortable reached via the R1 and D1 highways. Bratislava can be reached from the industrial park in no more than an hour.
