The new industrial A-class building with a size of 19,366 m2 will be located within the already existing industrial park Levice - South. The premises will be suitable for storage activities and light production. The hall will be divided into 4 storage units. The logistics hall will be internally divided into two parts, administrative part and part of the warehouse. The premises will be equipped with entrance gates and several loading docks for servicing the warehouse with trucks. In the place of the proposed loading docks, the terrain will be lowered to the level of -1,200 m compared to the ground floor of the hall.
The area has great location from a commercial, traffic and geographical point of view with great connection to Austria, Hungary and Czech Republic.
