Nitriansky, Vráble
CEHIP Park Vráble, located less than 2 km from the city center of Vráble, was founded in 2007, when the first production hall, with total area of 6,000 sq m, was built for CESAM. In 2014 and 2015, the developer handed over another two production halls, together with total area of 8,000 sq m. Today, there are almost 29,000 sq m of industrial space within the park, while the area is ready for the construction of an additional 18,000 sq m of production and storage space. The industrial park CEHIP Vráble is located in good accessibility to the R1 expressway in the direction of Nitra, which is 20 km away. Trnava is 70 km away, and Bratislava 115 km away. The location of the park also ensures good accessibility from the R1 road to Zvolen, which is 90 km from the park, and further to Košice, which is 300 km away. The Jaguar Land Rover plant is located less than 25 km from the park.
