The park is one of the largest modern logistics parks in the Slovak Republic with a total landlord area of 120,000 m² in five separate buildings.
The park is located directly on the D2 highway, approximately 25 km from Bratislava, between Lozorno and Malacky. The D2 highway is a crucial part of the region's highway system and forms a key distribution line through Central Europe, as well as a key connection to the Czech Republic and Western European markets.
