A project for a zoning decision (industrial park) has been prepared for the land. It is a new construction of a production hall in the Trenčín - Záblatie industrial zone. The proposed object is made up of a single-storey mass of the production hall, covered with a counter roof, and a two-storey part with offices and social and hygienic facilities of the operation connected to it. The building is connected to a two-way service road of the technology park with an entrance for trucks. The paved areas are functionally divided into intra-campus communication, handling paved area before the entrance to the production building and parking lots for cars.
