VisionPark BA offers its clients tailor-made spaces with dimensions of 16,545 m2. The premises are distributed in three storage halls together with the relevant administration. The main logistic functions of the project include the transshipment of goods as well as partial production. The park is suitable for logistics, retail units, e-commerce, light manufacturing and showrooms. The area is made available for long-distance trucks. Access for small and medium-sized trucks, which provide local and regional service, is also a matter of course. The complex offers an excellent customer location and is easily accessible from all directions. The network capacity is unlimited. The maximum current power input of the complex is 529 kW. The support will also go through the production of green energy. Heating is based on gas boilers, or heat pumps will also be used.
