Trnavský, Dunajská Streda
ARETE PARK Dunajská Streda is a project that consists of two phases. As part of the I. stage, a building with a total leasable area of 30,000 m2 of warehouse and office space was built in 2019. In the expansion phase of the project, it is planned to expand the park by an additional 13,000 m2 of rentable space with various alternatives for dividing the spaces. The area has handling and parking areas that provide sufficient comfort, and there is also parking for freight and passenger transport. The building meets the high technical standard of class A, and has the most modern technical parameters as well as international BREEAM certification.
ARETE PARK Dunajská Streda is located in the part of Kostolné Kračany village with a direct connection to the city of Dunajská Streda, approximately 40 km from Bratislava. The park is located only 8 km from the R7 highway connection (Bratislava – Dunajská Streda). The park is characterized by a strategic location in western Slovakia, which allows clients ideal access to local and international markets. The quality of the business environment and the convenient location of Dunajská Streda led to the establishment of important international companies in the city.
