Squarebizz Business Center Bory is characterized by its strategic location in city part called Bory, with excellent connections to the transport infrastructure to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. With a direct connection to the motorway bypass, the individual parts of Bratislava are practically accessible within a few minutes. There are two international airports nearby. The first phase consists in the construction of 15,000 m2 of state-of-the-art storage and retail space with a capacity of up to 2,000 m2 of offices in three halls. The urban projects of PENTA and CENTROP count on approximately 65,000 new residents and 25,000 new jobs to be added to the existing ones in the VOLKSWAGEN factory. The large area, together with the adjacent city districts: Lamač, Záhorská Bystrica and Devínska Nová Ves, gives this area the potential to become a new “6. district ”of Bratislava.
