The premises can be used for storage or for light production premises. In the main warehouse, gas and radiant heaters are supplied on all floors, but they are already outdated / non-functional. In the western part of the ground floor of the main warehouse and the service (green) depot there is a logistics partner Palet Express - truck pallet transport throughout the EU, which can consolidate and distribute stored goods according to customer requirements. In the area there is a renovated administrative building, which includes new sanitary facilities, a shower, 13 offices of 20-30m2, a large meeting room of 100m2 and an operating restaurant. - 4 above-ground floors of the main warehouse provide 6600 m2 of open space (4 x 1650 m2). On each floor there are 2 offices with the possibility of electricity heating (18 and 12 m2) and sanitary facilities. Usable ceiling height is 3.3 m. On the above-ground floors, the floor is hard cast asphalt. High load capacity of the floor of the upper floors = 1000 kg per m2. 2 x freight elevator, load capacity 1400 kg. 1 x personal lift, capacity 350 kg. Pre-approved MRK 250 A.
The warehouse is located on Priemyselná Street No. 2 in Michalovce, which is at the beginning of the industrial zone of Michalovce. Excellent location and access from Košice direction, great visibility from the E50 road (the main route to Ukraine). The area is fenced, closed by electricity gates with a camera monitoring system. Final building approval in 1968. Served as a textile distribution warehouse.
